a. Data checking
Checking the material, quantities, and processing if match our customer
b. Drawing checking
Once you place the order, checking the 2D and 3D again and again to ensure the same.
c. Material Inspection
We have our own Spectrometer to test the material chemical component to make sure the material is the one that our customer needs.
a. In Processing Inspection
A direct visual inspection means that the surface or shape of the block material can be seen and judged by our programmers and operators.
b. First Item Inspection
If the volume production, we will follow the instruction of clients, we support to deliver the first sample to our customers to qualify the parts before batch production.
QC department checking. All Kinds of inspection reports will be submitted according to the client's requirement.

1. All confidential documents should be stored in locked file cabinets or rooms accessible only to those who have a business "need-to-know".
2. All electronic confidential information should be protected via firewalls, encryption and passwords.
3. All confidential information, whether contained on written documents or electronically, should be marked as "confidential".
4. Signing an NDA( Non-disclosure Agreement).
